16 spacious rooms right in the heart of Oaxaca’s historic center — just a short walk from Santo Domingo, cafés, and local markets. Each room comes with a private or shared bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, large closet, and a dedicated desk for remote work. Weekly cleaning is included, and the rooftop terrace and shared kitchen are just steps away for your morning coffee or evening hangouts.

A bright and spacious coworking area in the heart of the house — perfect for deep work sessions or casual brainstorms over coffee. Fly into Oaxaca International Airport (OAX) — located just 12 km (about 20-30 mins) from the heart of Oaxaca City.  Once you land, we’ll connect you with trusted local drivers for a smooth transfer to the house. You’ll avoid taxi-hunting or uncertain routes, and settle into the Coliving without hassle.

What is the minimum stay for the Oaxaca Chapter?

The minimum stay is one full month. We’ve designed our Chapters to give you time to settle in, connect with the community, and get the most out of the experience. Shorter stays are not available for this location.

Are food and weekend activities included in the price?

Food and weekend activities are not included. That said, we take care of organizing shared dinners, cooking nights, and weekend adventures - you just show up and enjoy. We also partner with local businesses to offer discounts on activities around Oaxaca.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or just picky about pasta - we’ve got you. Our shared cooking experiences are inclusive, creative, and always full of flavor.
