PUGLIA, ITALY

Stone walls, olive groves, and the best pasta of your life. This is where Italy stops performing and starts being real.

start date

29 August 2026

END DATE

27 September 2026

What to expect?

Puglia is the Italy most tourists never find. No crowds, no overpriced spritz, no English menus. This chapter is for slowing down, eating a lot and enjoying the nature. We picked a traditional masseria in the countryside near Putignano. You'll work during the day with proper Wi-Fi, cook together at night, and spend your weekends exploring trulli villages, cliff-jumping in Polignano a Mare, and getting lost in the streets of Ostuni. Late August to late September is the sweet spot: still hot enough for the beach, but the summer crowds are gone.

o1

FOOD

More Than Just Meals. We're in the south of Italy — fresh orecchiette, burrata made this morning, focaccia straight from local bakeries. We cook together most nights, and when we go out, we know the spots with no English menu and no tourist prices.

02

COMMUNITY

Your People, Italian Edition. Eleven rooms, one long dinner table, and a month together. You'll meet people who are building businesses, writing novels, and figuring life out — same as you. The house is designed so you bump into each other, not hide in your room.

o3

ADVENTURE

Trulli, Beaches, and the Unexpected. Alberobello's trulli, the white city of Ostuni, cliff diving in Polignano, hidden coves along the Adriatic. Puglia packs more into a small area than anywhere we've been. And the surprise weekend? You'll hear about it for months after.

FAQ

Common Questions

What is the minimum stay for the Puglia Chapter?

2 weeks. But if you can swing the full month, do it. The first week you're settling in, the second week you hit your stride, and weeks three and four are where the real magic happens. Two weeks is great — four weeks is the full experience.

Are food and weekend activities included in the price?

Not in the price, but we take care of organizing everything. Shared dinners, cooking nights, weekend adventures — you just show up. We also know where to eat like a local without spending like a tourist.

Is this chapter suitable if I have a heavy workload that month?

Absolutely. The masseria is quiet during the day — thick stone walls, fast Wi-Fi, dedicated coworking area with two private meeting rooms. Work hard, then close the laptop and join the group for dinner. That's the rhythm.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or just picky about pasta - we’ve got you. Our shared cooking experiences are inclusive, creative, and always full of flavor.
